our 6 week challenge


During this 6 week bootcamp, you will be lovingly pushed to achieve all your goals, wether that be losing weight, toning up and losing inches, gaining inches (c’mon, you know we all like a big booty) eating better, or all of the above. You’ll get 3 work outs a week in the studio, a nutrition plan based on what you already know you like to eat, measurements taken weekly to keep you amped and on track, workout plans for your at home days, but also be able to contact a coach to get help with nutrition, or any other advice you need!
