Barron is all about functional strength, so you can live your best life, in, and more importantly out, of the gym! He has h.i.i.t, strength, and functional mobility training times on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Kim is our resident powerhouse yogi. You will leave the studio feeling alive and refreshed after a power flow or Yoga wine-down with her on Thursday or Friday evenings.
Trish is a lifter through and through, she’ll help you get strong, build muscle and in turn lose fat on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
Kate makes strength and h.i.i.t fun with an upbeat and down to earth attitude, she’ll push you gently in the right direction on Friday mornings, to finish out your week strong!
